IMHO, there is no doubt that the world will be using uranium for a long time to come and the price of this resource will eventually rebound.

Due to the performance of the stock market recently, there are lots of undervalue company and i suppose the question is which companies will have a 'good' chance of providing good return to the shareholder and over what period.

For me, i am a holder of PEN and a number of other stocks, i believe PEN is oversold and its share value will appreciate once we get close to production. I think once the market stabilises, we will see more action in PEN within the next few months.
