- deals being re-negotiated (St. Georges)
- new management on salaries that will drain the coffers quick smart when we have $0 revenue
- issue of options to new management that are cheaper than those currently listed (PLPO)
- questionmark on technology (LIT/Sileach debate and unanswered questions re: EMH)
sadly, i could go on.... hopefully its not so dire
and they are shopping around a low SP to private investors in the hope of a placement
