30k cash plus 800,000+ EMH shares if they exercise the L-Max option. No mention about the shares being in escrow or if they're able to be sold immediately. But EMH should be worth $1 come Christmas/january so that's almost 1 million if they sell them.

Not much of a definite source of income though, but here's hoping. Could have a domino effect if they go with us though, I imagine they'll release some of the results from testing which will give other companies the impetus to sign options with us too.
