For the sake of clarity, I wasn't implying they used a single rate. They could publish a weighted average rate but they don't. I suspect it has more to do with not wanting the competition and those whom they buy the PDL's from to know how profitable they really are.
Anyway, compared to CLH, CCP is a more conservative and better run operation. CLH almost seems like CCP back in 2007 (CCP has even said they're not buying as many PDL's because the prices being paid are beyond what they believe they can earn a decent return on). I wouldn't be surprised if CLH have a some write downs in the 6-12 months.
