I don't have a problem with them missing their dates, BUT, they should at least say something as to why there is a delay. It is not enough to say that the date (e.g. "by the end of October") is just a target, or estimate, or whatever.

Mr Mercer should at least announce to shareholders the current status of the EU trials report.... such as "Dr Harding has been taken ill and has not been able to finalise the report. New expected date is blah blah" or "Dr Harding has submitted the report and it is being discussed at the next board meeting to be held on blah blah, after which it is expected an announcement will be made."

Nothing too difficlt there, and no deadlines set in concrete, but at least we have some knowledge of where things are at.

I'm getting p'd off too, after being a large holder for almost three years now... I've been patient, but it is wearing thin lately....
