I am sure I have probably completely misunderstood you, because I thought you were saying that they are witholding information and not regulalrly updating shareholders and spinning stuff as a ploy to get rid of short term traders ...and I thought it was because they were a biotech...

It might make some LT holders sleep more snugly at night thinking that they are doing their utmost to help LTers out, but personally, I dont think there's much of a plan in their actions (or more properly their inactions). If it, in fact, was a plan, then I am pretty sure it would have been delayed by now, not that they would have told us...

Also I dont see any real instability in the price at all. I cant imagine any traders actively doing anything with the stock as there is no real market...and that is because, there is a major market credibility issue...

BTW, I have been with TIS for about 3 years now... for better or for worse and for richer or poorer...
