I doubt that. It would be a major distraction if that was the case and that is not what business is all about!
Their focus should be keeping the shareholders informed and to exceed the shareholders expectations on forward plans from time to time.
If a company puts out forward plans and timelines then if they are not going to be met shareholders should be informed!
Matters of business confidence and so forth obviously need to remain 'in confidence' but time lines are important and when they are given, shareholders generally expect them to be met - I do!
Let's hope that the EU trial results that were expected to be divulged before the end of September are not too far away AND that we find out who our commercial partner is before the AGM.
