Strangelogic, Yes totally agree. That is one of the big advantages and in fact in our case, probably really the only way to go specially in larger markets and areas. This will save us much time and headache to roll it out. Often in such cases as you articulate, it is not the logistics so much, it is the convincing of the front line (Docs, Pain Clinics, Medical Associations) where the bulk of the effort and time is taken.
I always was hopeful of an early deal/partnership but my logic, strangely (sorry), has changed...it's better for us to wait for longer as these such deals will become even more lucrative as the positive data and evidence mounts in our favour for our wonder-drug.
