    NT, I'm as big a fan of AVM as anyone here, but let's be realists here. If there is a rights issue, the price will fall. Whether it's good for the company or not (and I suspect in the medium to long term, it would be), the only rational outcome in the short term is for the price to fall to around the rights issue price. It happens with almost every issue I've ever seen. Hopefully we'll know one way or the other in the near future. Cheers,
