Last capital raising of $20 odd mill Canadian did nothing to the share price. Institutions swamped the joint trying to get stock.
That money AVM had from that raising will be largely gone with the recent acquisitions and plant upgrades by mid year. I don't know anything about another capital raising but knowing how management works it will only be what's required to progress the company. 1 for 3 sounds like a high ratio unless they anticipate progressing multiple developments at once. If this is the case expect some significant resource upgrades to come.
Don't sweat it, have a look at the price of copper and the turf we have. I expect any issue will slow the rise but the resource upgrade, extended mine life and future per annum earnings all go into the calculations. We won't have an issue without a resource upgrade and the development plan to go with them. The future value will outweigh any dilution. Basically it won't stay down long.
