Just another after thought.

As Anvil share holders have to finance purchase of rights issue many will sell some shares - or rights perhaps - before and soon after consumation of the issue.
This will obviously put pressure on the share price and price may fall below present valuation --- diluted.

A buying opportunity!
The fall will depend on the keenness of markets to accumulate but as you suggested (and I agree) share price is likely to fall to below present valuation.
Once this selling is deplete - won't take long - expect a strong recovery.

That's my guess anyhow.
