    Aegis Group plc became a substantial holder in Mitchell Communication Group Ltd on July 29 with 60.1 million shares (19.9pc).

    Please correct me if I'm wrong, Because they are making a takeover,they can buy more than the 19.9%, and because they wouldn't want all MCU shareholders to take the Ageis shares and thus dilute their company more than they planned perhaps they are the big buyers of the last two days?
