Someone was commenting on here yesterday about it being bad to do a credit raising... in relation to GSW raising 75 million... I agree I think a cr is on the cards and if you are going to do it best when mkt confidence and sp is at its peak.
Another cr at 30 cents raising say 10 million will add another 30 million shares to the pot... there is already 670million shares issued which is getting quite high and a bit of a worry... so say a further dilution of 5 percent....
Most software companies have less than 500 million shares on issue and most under 250 million.. a lot of miners have 500 million plus...
There will be a share consolidation at some point in the future 2 for 1 consolidation
