that's my guess yeah, which puts me under water still but long term in 5-10 years this could be huge, i like the look of what's coming out of this streamlining process, taken a while and still long way to go even with the industry conditions they have hope when many others didn't and dont, London gets a mention so who knows, seems SWALA on DSE gets little action so London somehow is my guess, DYOR
