Don't think they would bother with a capital raise as they can only issue 10% of capital or 46,000,000 shares. If they were to raise at 1 cent a share that is just $460,000.
John Anderson says in the recent quarterly "In addition, partnering on our regional ideas and projects will be actively pursued to drive Investigator through 2016 and produce tangible results to strategically position our Company for the next upturn.”
