we don't really know what will happen with U spot prices, forecasts only say so much. Some forecasts scare the crap out of me (ones that say way after 2025), and others are ridiculously ambitious (ones that said 2016 lol. So yeah.. we don't know. What we do know is that there's a high degree of risk buying in to companies like TOE, I believe when the spot recovers the first to profit will be producers (like PDN etc), lets hope TOE can sustain themselves long enough to get in to production, OR come up with cheaper ways to get to production early.
