40%!? Good grief, surely they're dreaming?
The SP has already risen from the mid 6.70s since the news got out. Off the top, they've got a premium of around 17% already over those pre-announcement prices. They may pay a bit more, but 40, I'd need some convincing to justify that.
I'd rather it not go thru than pay overs.
