I am very interested in getting others view on what you believe the market forces will do if the first well in the drilling campaign in Vietnam is successful in finding evidence of hydrocarbons/Gas bearing sands in block 105.
I no longer have my annual reports from the HDR days, but was able to gain some info from the net. Hardman’s share price steadily increased from Dec 2003 approx 0.60 cents to hit a high in August 2004 of approx 248 cents. I was able to source information about two discoveries off the coast of Mauritania during this period.
If we believe that the share price will be between 0.29 & 0.65 cents at spud date, what will the price action be like if we get good feedback from the drilling of well in block 105?
Let’s get the party started, my predicted share price is:-
0.85 cents
Between the first well (evidence of gas) and the second well, and the news coming out of PPP’s drilling in Block 121, there is one thing for certain-Neon’s share price will be greater than its current price of 0.26/0.265.
There are a lot of “IF’s” at play, but it’s very exciting to say the least.
