Investing in NZ? Ummm yup been fleeced but also got a lot of return over the years...no capital gains tax is a hoot!
ELD going back into NZ? I would like to see SCL and ELD get into bed for a number of reasons but I cant see it happening in reality. ELD and RHL in Australia is more likely.
Elders has come off a little this morning and more back in the range of $3.11 - $3.28. Around the estimate of $3.20 and I believe this is a good area for them to be in, not too stretching and not too discounted.
