The facts are that the world is forming up into Polarised national regions, more than ever, since the second world war.

It is becoming a MULTIPOLAR world:

1. 27 nations in Europe are dissolving more and more of their own sovereignty, via the Lisbon Treaty, to be ratified in January 2009 ...to become as President Barrosi describes it ...the new European EMPIRE;

2. The Sunni Arabs continue with their Arab League, which has all the hallmarks of being taken over by the "Muslim Brotherhood", within the next 5-10 years. It is the Muslim Brotherhood that has 66 seats in the Egyptian Parliament, at present, and they are the Parent oganisation behind Hamas;

3. Via the Shanghai Co-operation Organisation - sco (Google it an check it out) ...Russia, the 'Stans, China are becoming a huge trade/political/militarised bloc

4. China and Japan have recently signed an Agreement to link up business/industrially/political communications/financially and militarily to a degree ...as well as burying the hatchet and mutually sharing in the exploration, drilling and exploitation of the oil and gas in the Sea between their two countries. They are also mutually working at taking over the best of our resources, food, and financial companies.

Yes ...Spiegel is right.

The world is becoming more and more polarised into major camps ...and the USA is going to find itself more and more ostracised from those Multipolarised camps.
