    Perhaps he was also conned by the cunning Ian Duffell and Co.
    They found a great way to get listed on ASX through a reverse takeover without much substance. So they found an ambitious young man with an idea that could sell well.
    Easy money $$$!!!

    Just a theory though... but it does seem more and more realistic as the time goes
