If everyone thought the same, imagine how boring life would get?
A hot new company hires a hot new director to introduce their product through a video and they were savaged by people expecting a Lilly video. (Has anyone actually looked at marketing these days. Even Kmart has break dancing kids in it's ads.)
They announce indicative sales numbers to the market and ASIC gets in touch. (When I had a salon I would book their next appointment as they payed. That full appointment book wasn't cash in the bank but Strongly indicative of how the day would go. My bank manager was always impressed.)
They try to keep their SH informed and they get duffus's interrupting their work demanding more info, questioning the info or just telling them they are wrong, deceptive or not good enough.
Yes they will succeed or fall based on whether they deliver or not. A company excited about it's future is not ramping in my book. Global launch of the Roam-e slated for Oct 11th. Given Lilly and others putting off their launches repeatedly I am prepared to give them that time before writing anything off. Though I feel a couple more weeks will do it.
They are building a brand, not just a Roam-e. And OTTPremium is the wild card for me.
