Continung with my prevois post "timing of the SPP":
With the SPP offer of around 15c now on the board, there are over 5 weeks to go before the deadline for accepting the SPP offer and A LOT CAN HAPPEN in this time.
The company have already said that the phase 11B trials will be announced soon so IMO this announcement will be planned to be released to the market BEFORE THE DEADLINE for the SPP.
As I posted previously, this makes good business sense since a successful SPP uptake coming on the back of a positive announcement which pushes the share price upwards will provide the company with cheaper finance than the Springtree deal.
Time will tell if I am on the right track here.
