Sorry to be a pessimist, but unfortunately the problem shareholders face now is that with so many shares on issue, as soon as the sp goes over 5c it will be hit with huge selling by holders looking for a 20% gain, as well as those that bought in at 6c selling out and accepting a smaller loss.

The selling pressure at every step of the way out of the hole will be enormous. I can't see any sustained improvement for the rest of this year due to the hard core negative sentiment for property stocks, or at least until the payment of dividends can be relied on.
