If you pump a stock too much - it comes back to bite you.

It is alleged, that last year when a broker (who I will not name) asked too many questions regarding debt, capital structure, etc they were banned by management.

Mapple B A - have sold out - and they have a rock solid reputation for probity etc

Having an equity draw down facility - is the worst possible look and IMHO a disgrace - this alone should mean that Cohen is sacked - the only thing that will save him is his relationship with the Allco boys (rebadged Oceanic)- so if he does keep his job - be suspicious. he is a lawyer / investment banker - not a ceo.

this stock is way below investment grade and has a very bad smell about it.

it may bounce, it may not. however, it would appear that there are fundamental cultural problems.
