Just saw your post Bolwell....yes margins need to be improved....suspect ISF carries quite a bit of overhead which will be area targeted in any cost reduction review..

Also delay in NHS work does have a big impact as big part of their costs are staff costs...if you have large teams of people on the bench (for NHS work) having to wait because delays then impacts bottom line....

Hopefully they will employ some decent consultants to get it right...as clearly to date as Cohen admits they haven't....
