1. First assumption regarding grades: one figure seen recently here for Lulo is 9-20 carets/100 ton alluvial. Another quoted is 0.3 to 1.0 carets per ton.
2. Assuming pricing of us$100 for gem quality and us$70 for near gem
3. Assume carets retrieved are 70% gem and rest near gem
4. 40% of sales are due to LOM before expenses.
6. Assume 600 tons processed per week.
5. The before expenses "cash flow" from sales comes out as low as us$7200 per month (9 CPHT) and as high as us$95,000 per month (1CPT).
