I have a similar feeling but who knows really? From the Mega website :"Shares in the subsidiary will be acquired under a transfer scheme, in exchange for shares in Mega, if Mega obtains a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange, or a listed entity with which Mega merges".It doesn't really indicate from what I could see if it would be dual listed
