Jumping at shadows alright.  Information that has been there the whole time is bundled into an announcement and all of a sudden people panic. Do people not do any research before they buy stocks?

The market is always right no doubt but to temper some of the doomsday predictions people seem to have obviously overlooked this little snippet:
