pennyman, regrettably I cannot substantiate it and that is why I said "I think". I can only say that I must have heard/read it somewhere but unfortunately am unable to bring up the evidence.
All I can say though, that in a discussion with Martin Rogers sometime ago, as an aside to the main topic that I had contacted him about, Martin actually uttered the words that "The Fortrend Funding deal was very favourable to the company".
