Someone might need to checkout the date, as I think the commencement date will be from some time further on, than from when the announcement was made - to more like Sept.
The way GF have gone about business, expect them to screw us on this aspect as well (the 12months issue).
Thus gaining more time with an extended time line - plus the likelihood that $5m will not be spent in this time.
Therefore, I am expecting takeover action in the first six months of this new financial year.
The SP lid keeps staying around this level (which seems forever) just because of the GF involvement.
Siamesparrot seems to be the only one that called the JV correctly ( if my recollection is accurate) it was a GOOD CALL!!
