By saying that the press release conveyed to me an intention not to keep any relationship with NaNose a secret surely as a matter of commonsense and logic this also dictates there is no NDA in place.

I unfortunately attribute some intellect to others who genuinely hold BRN and as such expected that they would remember that the company stated that they did not make an ASX announcement because it did not qualify as there was not an agreement in place between the parties. Apparently some like yourself have already forgotten so I will make a note to restate things that happen more than four weeks ago.

As for once again trying to take a negative advantage out of the fact the CEO having caught on fire and suffered third degree burns to both hands as not being a valid reason for him to reassess his priorities after having achieved silicon in hand and an unconditional agreement for the IP with Renesas and an EAP agreement with NASA I am personally disgusted.

I see no value in engaging further.
