Has anyone heard any rumours that workers at one of the major supermarket were updating the increased price label, when management instructed them to remove the updated higher price labels and reinstall the pervious lower priced labels?
Apparently, this happened when management became aware of the govt enquiry!
This action was taken to make the appearance that these retail mafia’s weren’t considering further price gouging of customers.
