Sure - but that's what happens with every other small cap.

They find something, they get their market cap up high enough to do a capital raising, they spend that money firming up the project and they either flounder long term or they do really well.

That's the risk, that they 1. have no resource. 2, cannot get funding to develop it.

That's the reason this stock is cheap and why people aren't already paying more for it.
