There will have to be a capital raising at some stage in the future to raise funds and pay for Buena Vista. They have paid $100k(US) already and have to pay another $100k (US) in September this year. They then have until May next year to pay $6million, half of which can be in shares.

They have about $2.6million in cash at the moment, so they have enough to cover the initial payments but will need to raise funds to cover the rest, hopefully at a higher share price following some drilling success at Narracoota, Buena Vista or Loonganna.
