We're starting to get to a point where even bureaucratic red tape in a vast organisation like SA doesnt adequately explain the delay.
It really is time for The Big Fella to ask what exactly is the hold up.
Whose in-tray is the documents stuck in? Etc.
I'm surprised the share price has held up so well to be honest.
