But frankly its July 2013. If UNS need to use propaganda and overly optimistic, positive news releases that drag well beyong their defined timelines to pump up SP so that they can draw on the ATM facility...or to just support a better SP????

Well....sooner or later the company needs to allow its financials and performance to dictate SP. Not the CEOs ability to spin a web and pump up fresh investment so that he continue on with his 1million a week venture
