I teNd to agree with Nic about his concern of BtB and his earlier comment.

He was offering a friendly reminder that thisnforum is public and subject to defamation laws.

If I didn't know better, his comments would certainly make me hold in a lower light my opinion of AS...and the company. Mind you, it it virtually impossible for a company to take anyone to court for defamation. One exception is the Sir Donald Bradman Trust...but that I believe was an unusual situation.

Fortunately, AS has thick skin and I am hoping is focused on the job at hand and hopefully has no time for following such dribble. By the same token, because some people are frustrated, they shouldn't have an open forum for their personal demons...maybe they should kick the dog instead. Actually, that may break another law.


Another option we all have is sell our shares. We are not being forced to stay invested.

For those who have not bothered to look it up, periculum is Latin for "risk" ...that's what we all do when we buy a share.
