Shortall talked about the "execution copy" of the contract being circulated for signature.
These are weasel words to make it sound more definite.
Until it is signed by BOTH PARTIES it is just worthless paper.
I have seen many contracts (signed by the vendor) go for counter signature by the customer and believe me, that is often when the price negotiation STARTS.
AS is a salesman, not a CEO.
