People have been known to post 'flaky' data to up ramp or down ramp, whatever their agenda is. Not saying you are doing either.
Also, though i could see you got the graph from investing.com, its a rabbit warren of a site to try and find the same page if you are not familiar with the site and wanted to have a play with the graph and different views etc.
I couldn't find it in the gold pages when i looked & no way would i have thought it would be in the 'economic calendar' branch of the website off the top of my head.
The graph should really be accessible from both places.
