Guys excuse my ignorance when it comes to these types of deals. I question whether MSB should put itself in this position, its my view that MSB is still a speculative stock and needs to continue to progress its clinical trials. In particular Phase 3 CHF. by the way still no announcement there and its been 1.5 years since phase 2 results. Why would they try and expand their portfolio when they are only barely managing (or thats what it looks like from the outside)their current portfolio. I think they need to focus on whats on their plate. Secondly how will they fund this? Maybe major partnering deal around the corner. If not then its a capital raising. which mean dilution of stock price.
