They got into this position because Americans idea of saving is to buy in bulk. They got into this position because hick yanks think a 110-120% mortgage is...a GREAT IDEA!! They will get into a better position because of the very same reasons. Americans/Australians are enormous consumers. The spending what you dont have mentality will continue here until our bubble bursts and in the meantime real money will start being made in CNP's areas of interest as the US real estate market begins recovering. Gold is being sold down as huge chunks of certain american states are being swallowed by local and foreign investors at bargain prices. I could go on but you clearly arent listening. I dont hold so dont accuse me of ramping !! I am seriously considering a parcel though listening to the flakey ramblings of a pack of noobs in this thread.
