Of course people knew the results. It doesn't take a bleeding rocket scientist to know that there is not going to be any cure for cancer made public. Just some common sense would have been enough. How many companies have come out with amazing pre-results. Only to then say they were not as promising as they first thought. Well so far everyone to date.
