Anyway, despite the negative sentiment and the obvious issues with management, the mid $20s should be FV when the market calms down from the obvious lack of faith in the Company following its most recent experience. FV of the secondary treatment alone is about $28 but is that "dodgy" too? The concerns about governance are now worth about $10 or roughly $0.5 billion to the share price.
