All Business and organizations have a written statement of why they are there, IE what are their core reasons to exist, sometimes it is written as a marketing statement, many times it is a legal requirement so I wonder with business today how many of them follow their reason for existence

As so many CEOs etc use the business for their personal bandwagon, they do this without regard for what their job is and for the people who pay their wages

Of course there should be equal opportunity for both sexes to participate if they want to do so
But we have to look at the way we are made and how many females have the makeup to bury themselves into dry accounting procedures and hard nosed mathematical procedures

It has been my experience that women in general are more into artistic endeavors and would prefer to do something that suits their mindset, there are area's of work when women outnumber men simply because that style of work does not appeal to men, should they be forced into a line of work just because there are not enough men ?
