    Regarding Dr. Mercer's insider knowledge of VitroGro

    Does anyone know what provisions are in place that prevent the leaking of proprietary information?

    My concern here is specifically the China-Australia connection strongly fostered by QUT's Australia Tissue Engineering Centre and other possible China-Australia Life Technology Companies that may welcome Dr. Mercer as a consultant.

    FYI: The husband of Dr. Upton, Dr. Leavesly, is a current Director at the School of Biomedical Services as well as a Consultant Scientific Adviser to China-Australia Life Technology Company (since formation in 2012) - see https://au.linkedin.com/in/dleavesley.
    He was holding  250,000 shares in TIS from 2004 to 2006.
