The interest is rekindled because while I disagreed with the scandium re-focus at PGM, I have recently come to believe the scandium surprise will be out of the closet sooner rather than later. PGM is a good scandium resource that I think has exceptional value.
CLQ's price action has nothing to do with it. The CLQ capex only triggered thought about financing and the expense of scandium circuit.
