I just rang and spoke to Steve, WHL is obviously getting lots of calls from investers in regards to information on the JV partner. I got the impression that these calls maybe waring thin.
When asked about the time line of any news, he informed that nothing has changed and that they're hoping to have an announcement out to the market regarding the JV in December.
It is the finalisation of the JV partner that won't be concluded until the first Quarter 2012. As per the time time map in the AGM report.
Don't panaic and don't call WHL they are getting a little frustrated with the number of calls.
IMO sub 6.0c seems to be a good buy right now
