Placement at 20 cents and or 1 for 4? C'mon T4, unless you have inside knowledge (and no-one is suggesting you do) the chances of that are just as good as an A Typical mates rates placement well below market price to "sophisticated investors".

I agree MPO will need funds in the near term, but so will most of the emerging co's hitting the boards. Problem being, will the liquidity be there when it's needed and at a price that keeps current investors happy.
