it's one thing to keep the communication channels open.
I'm more concerned about managements inability to set dead lines and stick to them. There has been significant slippage at every stage of the project.

We can all go on about fundamentals etc but it's a moot point if they can't get this thing up and running in a timely manner. There is only so many times they can keep going back to the well to generate funds , at some stage they need cash flow...
